Dr. Monique Christian-Long is a dynamic leader with 15 years of experience across higher education, libraries, healthcare, and nonprofit organizations. She currently serves as the Director of Organizational Development at Safe Harbor Home Healthcare, where she oversees leadership training, cultural responsiveness, and strategic growth initiatives.

In addition to her work in healthcare, Monique is an academic librarian and organizational strategy consultant, committed to connecting people with information that is culturally relevant and designed to elevate people, purpose, and performance.

Her expertise in Black Intellectual Infrastructure & Knowledge Production reflects her deep commitment to justice, equity, and systemic transformation. As one of the coordinators of the Home Care Symposium, Monique is passionate about creating meaningful opportunities for learning, collaboration, and community impact.
